BreadTime (breadtime.adaaiplus.com) is operated by Ada AI Plus, a Danish company (CVR: 46315006) based in Aarhus. By using BreadTime, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you're using BreadTime on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to agree to these terms for that organization.
BreadTime helps a team schedule and get reminded about a recurring task — bringing bread to the office. It sends email reminders with a calendar attachment and logs members in with a one-time code sent by email, instead of a password. We provide the service as-is and make no guarantee that it will be available uninterrupted or error-free.
Every team member belongs to exactly one organization. There is no special "admin" role within an organization — any member can add or remove other members and edit the bread schedule. Because of this, everyone in your organization should be someone you trust with that level of access. You're responsible for keeping your login email accurate and for the accuracy of any teammate information you add.
You agree not to use BreadTime to store or transmit anything unlawful, abusive, or unrelated to its intended scheduling purpose, and not to attempt to disrupt the service or access another organization's data.
BreadTime is currently free to use during our launch period, with no billing set up. If and when that changes, we'll announce pricing on this site well in advance, so nothing changes for an existing organization without notice.
Personal data you or your organization provide — team member emails, organization name, and schedule entries — is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
BreadTime, its logo, and its underlying software are owned by Ada AI Plus. These terms don't grant you any rights to that beyond what's needed to use the service normally.
You can stop using BreadTime at any time; contact us if you'd like your organization's data removed. We may suspend or terminate access for an organization that misuses the service or breaches these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, Ada AI Plus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of BreadTime — including, for the avoidance of doubt, a missed reminder or a forgotten turn to bring bread.
We may update these terms from time to time; the last revision date appears at the top of this page. Continued use of BreadTime after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
