When you use the sign-up form on this site, we also collect the organization name and email address you submit, solely to get in touch about setting up your organization.
BreadTime sets a session cookie to keep you logged in after you verify a one-time login code. See the Cookie Policy for details. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and no tracking scripts run on this site.
Our hosting infrastructure automatically records technical information for every request, including IP address, browser type, and access time, for security and operational purposes only. Application logs also record the recipient email address of login-code, welcome, and reminder emails, so we can diagnose delivery failures. Server logs are kept for 14 days and then deleted automatically.
We process team member and organization data under GDPR Article 6(1)(b), as necessary to provide the BreadTime service to the organization you belong to. Server logs and one-time login codes are processed under our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in keeping the service secure and working correctly.
Access is limited to Ada AI Plus, members of your own organization within BreadTime (who can see fellow team members' email addresses and the bread schedule), and our hosting and email-delivery infrastructure, acting as data processors.
All data remains within the European Union.
One-time login codes are short-lived and expire automatically shortly after being issued. Team member and schedule data is kept for as long as your organization uses BreadTime, and is deleted when your organization or account is removed. Server logs (see 2.2) are rotated automatically and kept for 14 days.
Under GDPR, you may access your personal data, request corrections, request deletion, object to processing, or request data portability. Requests should be directed to contact@adaaiplus.com.
