When a new team member is added, we want them to confirm their own inbox with a click-through activation link before their account becomes fully active — the same spirit as the one-time login code, applied at signup time.
We're looking at ways to set an organization's timezone automatically instead of asking an admin to pick one by hand, so reminder times just work from day one.
Paste a list of teammate emails and a recurring weekday (e.g. "every Friday") to generate a whole schedule in one go, instead of adding entries one at a time.
Schedules will be aware of public holidays, so bread duty doesn't land on a day nobody's in the office.
